Benefiting from the egg-laying forming principle that directly discharges blocks on the ground, the machine removes all pallet-related procedures including pallet feeding, conveying and stacking. The walking egg-laying structure enables the machine to move freely on solid ground and lay finished blocks at different positions. It only requires 3000-5000 square meters of flat hardened ground to complete the whole production area, without laying complex pallet storage tracks. Compared with QMJ4-30 model, QMJ6-30 features larger mould specification and higher hourly output. It can produce 9 pieces of 400*120*200mm blocks per cycle, with an 8-hour shift output up to 9600 pieces, significantly boosting production capacity while retaining the core no-pallet egg-laying advantage. The molding cycle is controlled within 20-30 seconds to balance efficiency and block compactness.
It adopts integrated vibration box instead of single vibration motor direct drive, making vibration evenly distributed inside the mould without dead zones. Equipped with Taiwan Calyca brand hydraulic components, the hydraulic pressure output is stable. Combined with synchronous vibration, concrete materials are fully compacted, so finished solid and hollow blocks have high density and smooth surface without honeycomb defects.

The whole machine frame is integrally welded by high-quality 12*12cm square steel from Laigang and Jigang, with strong torsion and impact resistance. The total machine weight reaches 2400kg, which effectively avoids shaking during mobile egg-laying production and keeps molding precision stable for years. The total matching motor power is 8.2KW, with reasonable power distribution and low motor burnout failure rate.
The machine supports mixed raw materials including crushed stone, river sand, cement, fly ash, cinder, slag and gangue. Factories can utilize local industrial waste residues to replace part of cement and aggregate, complying with circular economy policies and lowering raw material purchase expenditure.
It can produce solid and hollow blocks with height ranging from 190mm to 250mm. By replacing different manganese steel moulds, customers can produce various mainstream size blocks to meet diversified construction market demands, realizing one machine for multiple uses.
